Dear Editor,
Whether or not you are a fan of the hit series Yellowstone on Paramount, if you are even remotely associated with agriculture or cattle ranching, you will be doing yourself a favor to listen to his address which took place in February of 2023 in New Orleans.
Ice storms in Texas prevented Sheridan from delivering his keynote address in person but the audio version was excellent.
This writer-producer, real time rancher, horse trainer with an extensive farming/ranching background is as real as real can be. What he has to say about this country, agriculture, cattle ranching, and where our food comes from is the absolute truth and I am certain you will enjoy and agree with much of what he had to say.
On your computer, type in “listen to Taylor Sheridan’s speech to the Cattlemen’s Association convention in New Orleans in Feb. 2023.
If you are not that far removed from your agricultural roots, you will enjoy what he has to say and I won’t spoil any of it by dropping hints.
