10/12/2026: A two-vehicle accident was reported at 5:15 a.m. at the intersection on STH49 southbound at STH21 eastbound in the Town of Aurora. Bryan Beck, Poy Sippi, entered the intersection and began completing a left turn. Catherine Locke, Wautoma, entered the intersection after Beck and struck Beck while the vehicle was turning. Both vehicles proceeded into a nearby parking lot.
10/14/2026: A one-vehicle accident was reported at 4:27 p.m. on STH21 eastbound in the Town of Marion. Robert Kimball, Redgranite, was driving home from the shop after work was done on the tire. The tire fell off as the vehicle was going down the road. The tire crossed the centerline and landed in the ditch. The vehicle was pulled off the side of the road.
10/18/2026: A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6 a.m. on 5th Ave in the Town of Plainfield. Jessica Carlson, Plainfield, proceeded to turn right from stop sign. Carlson stated she turned to sharp and made contact with the stop sign post. Post was not damaged.
