Audrey May Klamrowski, age 91, of Redgranite, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Preston Place.
She was born January 22, 1935, in South Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Emil and Hildegard July Klamrowski. Audrey was a 1954 graduate of South Milwaukee High School and received her RN credential from Evangelical Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Milwaukee.
Audrey lived a life of service to others working as an RN at Winnebago Mental Health Institute. Her outreach to the homebound started at an early age, and she loved to visit and deliver communion to people in their homes for over 70 years. As a devout, faithful member at St. Mark Catholic Parish in Redgranite, she served on many Parish offices and continued to serve her community.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Richard (Mary) Klamrowski, Gerry Klamrowski, Lori Truszynski, Meri Jean (Dione) White, Carolyn LeJeune, Michele (Thomas) Arnison and Michael (Kristen) LeJeune; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her sister, Lorraine (Ronald) LeJeune; and brothers, James (Beverly) Klamrowski and J. Thomas (Carol) Klamrowski.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at St. Mark Catholic Parish in Redgranite. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., with Father JP Nemali officiating. Interment will be in St. Mark Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Please designate all memorials to St. Mark Catholic Parish.
