Clay Arnold Happersett, age 69, of Berlin, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
He was born January 11, 1956, in Berlin, WI, the son of Robert and Lois Koechel Happersett. Clay was a 1974 graduate of Wautoma High School. On December 26, 1985, he was united in marriage to Victoria Yonke at Chapel of the Bells in Las Vegas.
Clay worked as a stone mason for Monacelli and Jeff Clark in Redgranite. For 20 years, he worked for Miller Masonry & Concrete Inc. in Little Chute. Clay enjoyed deer and duck hunting, fishing and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria; son, Travis Piepiorka; three brothers, Thomas Happersett, Brian (Barb) Happersett and Robert (Linda) Happersett; aunt, Jean Monacelli; brother-in-law, Gary Peterson; and other relatives and friends. Clay was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda Peterson; aunts, uncles and other relatives.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, September 22, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin.
