Doctor Mathew James Chase, 68 of Plover, passed away suddenly on July 9th, 2025, in the comfort of his home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 20th, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Smiley’s Bar & Grill, 4020 County Hwy R, Plover.
