Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Rodney K. Bland, Madison, was in court on Feb. 20 on three counts of Battery by Prisoners. T he Court modifies the bond to $4500 - $2500 previously posted. A status conference is scheduled for March 13.

 

Jonathon R. Vandyke, Fond du Lac, was in court on Feb. 21 on four counts of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. Court orders: Reimposes the $5,000 signature bond. Same non-monetary conditions remain. Complete ID process with the Sheriff's Department. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any dangerous weapons to include but not limited to firearms. Defendant prohibited from buying, selling or trading any firearms whatsoever. A status conference is scheduled for March 31.

 

Michael F. Bradley, Berlin, was in court on Feb. 21 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. A status conference is scheduled for April 1.

 

Cheyenne S. Swayze, Appleton, was in court on Feb. 24 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for April 1.

 

Ashton B. McCoy, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 24 on a count of Theft-Business Setting >$2500-$5000. A probation review hearing is scheduled for May 27.

 

Riley R. Voss, Waupaca, was in court on Feb. 24 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for April 1.

 

Amber Leigh Roehl, Merrill, was in court on Feb. 24 on three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for April 1.

Jazjuan O. Steel, Green Bay, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. Carrie Lydia Johanna Tabalske, Coleman, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Incest-Failure to Prevent, a count of Failure to Act/Sexual Assault of Child, and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 20.

 

Andrew R.D. Beltran, Winnebago, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Possess w/Intent-Amphetamine/Methamphetamine/etc. (>50g) and a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. A status conference is scheduled for March 11.

 

Jade L. Pecore, Neopit, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Interfere w/Fire Fighting-Alarm/Fighters. Based on non-appearance the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the State of Wisconsin.

Brent Joe Reilly, Coloma, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer and a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 4.

Sidney Jay Allen, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: Ct 2 - NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Cts 1 & 3 - DRI. No statement by DE. Court orders: S/W two years probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given.

 

Anthony A. Ace, Waupun, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, a count of Possession of Burglarious Tools, and five counts of Failure to Support Child (120+ Days). A status conference is scheduled for March 14.

 

Jon D. Morgan, Weyauwega, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for April 7.

 

Zackary A. Partridge, Plainfield, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 1.

 

Adam J. Blader, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Abuse-Recklessly Cause Harm. Plea: Ct 2 - NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Ct 1 - DRI. Statement by victim. Statement by DE. Court orders: S/W One year probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, DE must comply with all components of the placement order in Waushara County Case No. 24FA44, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given. TR matters to be scheduled for a PTC.

 

Korey Michael Adams, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Drive or Operate Vehicle w/o Consent. Court orders: Ten mos WC Jail - Huber, GT, 141 days CFTS, no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Restitution in the amount of $9856.08 converted to a civil judgment in favor of the victims - $6641.08 to J.C.G. and $3215 to M.T.S. Appeal rights given.

 

Daniel L. Sawyer, Wisconsin Rapids, case was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of 1st-Degree Reckless Homicide, a count of Hit and Run-Involve Death, a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and a count of Hit and Run-Involve Injury. Suspect has since deceased before case went to trial. According to authorities, Sawyer passed by suicide. Charges were dismissed following his death. The Court orders the bond be refunded to the bond poster for reasons stated on the record.

 

Shelly Ann Minch, Plainfield, was in court on Feb. 25 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 10.
