Avery James Schaeffer, Waupaca, was in court on July 11 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. The Court finds probable cause. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 20.

 

Dean Mitchell Rutledge, Edgar, was in court on July 11 on ten counts of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. A probation hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.

 

Joshua Joseph Lemke, Poy Sippi, was in court on July 15 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th). A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 26.

 

Jason Hanley James, Wautoma, was in court on July 15 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 19.

Ct 3 - DRI. The Court addresses the Motion to Revoke PPDA. DE does not dispute that a violation has occurred. The Court finds that there was a violation of the agreement, vacates the agreement and enters JOC. Court orders: 25CF26 - S/W one year probation - Conditions: DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. 22CF136 - Cts 1 & 3 - S/W one year probation concurrent with 25CF26. Ct 2 - S/W three years probation concurrent with 25CF26. Conditions to mirror the conditions in 25CF26. Appeal rights given.

 

Derek JF Reilly, Plainfield, was in court on July 15 on four counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 25.

Brady J. Reilly, Neenah, was in court on July 15 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: Ct1 - NC. Court accepts plea and stays JOC. Court accepts terms and conditions of PPDA. Matter stayed for 18 months. The Court reminds the defendant that bond remains in effect throughout the pendency of the PPDA.
