Zachary A. House-Krause, Neenah, was in court on Sept 26 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. If for any reason the DE does not complete inpatient treatment, self terminates or is terminated, the signature bond reverts back to a $5,000 cash bond and the DE is to be remanded into custody. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 27.
