Rico R. Velasquez, Oshkosh, was in court on July 16 on a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide and a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. Jomal L. Harris, Milwaukee, was in court on July 16 on a count of Battery by Prisoners. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
Randy Darius Jenks, Wild Rose, was in court on July 17 on a count of 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. Court discusses possible correspondence between the Court and the examiner or the scheduling of another hearing that allows the doctor to be present. Atty Gorsuch takes no position on either option. Court schedules another hearing to address these matters with the examiner. A hearing is scheduled for July 27.
