Renee L. Schroeder, Wautoma, was in court on Aug.12 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.

Tilor H. Bulpin, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 12 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). The Court orders: S/W - Two years probation - conditions: 25 days WC jail - Huber, no GT, three days CFTS - sentence to commence no later than Oct. 1. The Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction. AODA and follow through. NC w/ Blader's Inn. DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given.

Corey L. Cihlar, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 13 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 24.

Shane Todd Hart, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 13 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th), and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. 26CF44 Cts. 2, 3, 26TR797, 26TR798 & 26TR799 - DRI. 26CF44 Ct. 4 - dismissed outright. Sentencing arguments and DE statement. Court orders: Five year term of imprisonment - bifurcated sentence. Two years IC - 134 days CFTS / three years ES. ES conditions: AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. No operation of any motor vehicles without a valid driver's license for the manner of operation. $800 fine plus costs w/60 DTP or PP. $42.50 blood draw fee w/60 DTP or PP. 36 month DL revocation/IID requirement. OWI assessment. Appeal rights given. Defendant is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program, but is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. Defendant is not eligible to be released to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 20 months Initial Confinement.

Tammy T. Truax, Redgranite, was in court on Aug. 13 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. An arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 22.

 

Crystal R. Maciaga, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 13 on a count of 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. Motion for recusal addressed. Argument by Atty Gorsuch. The Court denies the motion for reasons stated on the record. Atty Gorsuch files request for substitution. Court honors substitution request. Based on the substitution, DA Leusink states there is cause to adjourn the preliminary hearing. Matters adjourned until reassignment to new Court Official. Atty Gorsuch states that her client would be willing to waive time limits if necessary. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Jeffrey M. Kessenich, Evansville, was in court on Aug. 13 on two counts of Theft-Business Setting >$10,000-$100,000.  A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 2.

 

David James Strehlow, Hubertus, was in court on Aug. 17 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th) and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A stats conference is scheduled for Sept. 18.
