Trevor S. Rehwinkel, Plainfield, was in court on Sept. 3 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. 23CF113 Cts. 1, 3 & 4 - repeater enhancer dismissed - Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. 23CF113 Cts. 2, 5-7 and the entirety of 24CF114 - DRI. Elizabeth Annmarie Lynch, Madison, was in court on Sept. 3 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 2.

 

Joseph Michael Heroff, Cannon Falls, MN, was in court on Sept. 3 on a count of OWI (7th, 8th, or 9th), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and a count of Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (7th, 8th, or 9th). A final pre-trial is scheduled for Dec. 22 and a jury trial for Jan. 19, 2027.

Randy Darius Jenks,  Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 4 on a count of 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. The Courts recite history of the case. The parties have received report filed by physician. DA Leusink requests an additional evaluation. No objection by Atty Gorsuch. The Court orders an additional evaluation to be completed. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 7.
