Steven Lee Panek, Hartford, was in court on March 3 on a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer. A status conference is scheduled for March 31.

 

Richard Michael Nelson, Monona, was in court on March 3 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Plea: Ct. 2 - NC Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Ct. 1 - DRI. No statement by DE. The Court orders: S/W - Two years probation - conditions: 34 days WCJ, 34 days CFTS - time served sentence. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given. Motion by Atty Maier for bond to be reinstated and applied. Statement by ADA Wergin. The Court grants motion - cash bond reinstated to be applied to costs.

Austin Joseph Bednarowski, Appleton, was in court on March 3 on a count of Criminal Damage to Property (Over $2500) The Court extends supervision for a period of one year. The Court will terminate the probation early upon payment of restitution in full.
