Eric Rodriguez, Green Bay, was in court on Jan. 9 on a count of Battery by Prisoners. Court orders: 90 days WC Jail concurrent to any existing sentence. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given.

 

Jose A. Hernandez, Stevens Point, was in court on Jan. 9 on nine counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A final pre-trial is scheduled for Feb. 24.

 

Jacob Michael Trudel, Redgranite, was in court on Jan. 9 on a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 29.

 

Annemarie Dellaquila, Braidwood, IL, was in court on Jan. 9 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 29.

ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, No operation of any motor vehicles without a valid driver's license for the manner of operation, Any other programming or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, $600 Fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw Fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, 36 mos DL rev/36 mos IID, OWI Assessment, DNA Sample and Surcharge, Attorney fees w/ 60 DTP or PP, Witness fees w/ 60 DTP or PP, $2426.08 Restitution. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 30 months of the term of Initial Confinement. DE not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. 24CF199 & 25CF12 - One year term of probation - concurrent with each other, consecutive to 23CF202. Conditions to mirror the ES conditions in 23CF202. Appeal rights given.

 

Dale Dean Kelbach, Berlin, was in court on Jan. 12 on a count of Battery – Domestic Abuse Repeater and a count of Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse Repeater. Defendant advised his agent that he wishes to revoke himself and no longer wishes to be on probation. The Court will await the filing of the revocation order and warrant and will then schedule a sentencing hearing on revocation when that is received.

 

John Sheldon Soenen, Neshkoro, was in court on Jan. 12 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 29.
