James Robert Challoner, Berlin, was in court on Jan. 29 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: Cts 2 & 5 - NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Ct 1 - Dismissed outright. Cts 3 & 4 - DRI. 25TR500 & 25TR501 - DRI. Statement by DE. Court orders: S/W two yrs probation - Conditions: As to Ct 5 only - 50 days WC Jail - Huber, GT, 22 days CFTS, Sentence to commence by no later than March 15, $350 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw Fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, 12 mo DL rev/IID, OWI Assessment. As to both counts - AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Bond previously posted to be applied. Appeal rights given.

 

Jordan A. Coyle, Almond, was in court on Jan. 29 on two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent, a count of Bail Jumping-Felony, and a count of Theft-Movable Property >$10,000. The Court orders that the defendant is prohibited from filing any motions in 08CF85, 12CF177 & 12CF178 unless those motions are filed by an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. He is also prohibited from filing any ancillary filings relating to sentence credit regarding the three referenced cases. Any such filings will be returned to the defendant.

 

Todd A. La Motte, Oshkosh, was in court on Jan. 29 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Based on motion by the State, the Court enters dismissal of 25CT193. PTC to be scheduled on the companion citations.

 

David Jams Strehlow, Hubertus, was in court on Jan. 29 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 11.

 

Eloka C. Nwasolu, Hillside, NJ, was in court on Feb. 2 on a count of Theft-False Representation >$10,000=$100,000. Court orders: Five year term of imprisonment - bifurcated sentence. Two years IC/three years ES - I/S - Five years probation. Conditions: 12 months WC Jail. Huber. No G.T. Sentence to commence forthwith. Defendant remanded into the custody of the Waushara County Sheriff's Department. The Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction within the State of Wisconsin. Defendant is not to use, posses, or open more than 3 bank accounts at any one time and is to provide the supervising agent with those accounts. DE prohibited from any social media accounts without his supervising agent's approval. Costs w/60 DTP or PP. Restitution in the amount of $39,178.51 to be distributed to the Town of Rose. Restitution payments to be made directly to the Waushara County Clerk of Courts. Restitution to be paid in monthly payments of no less than $500/month starting on the 8th month of probation and then on the 1st of every month thereafter with a final payment of $11,178.51 before being discharged from probation. DNA Sample and Surcharge. Appeal rights given.

 

Tracy A. Mosier, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of Theft-Movable Property >$10,000-$100,000. Based on the non-appearance the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the Continental United States.

 

Rebecca Leigh Schubert, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of Theft-Business Setting >$10,000-$100,000 and five counts of Identity Theft-Obtain Money or Credit. Court orders: $5,000 signature bond. Complete ID process with the Sheriff's Department. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any financial documents not belonging to themselves. Defendant is prohibited from acting in a fiduciary capacity. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any identifying information belonging to anyone other than themselves. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 19.

 

Rico R. Velasquez, Oshkosh, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of 1st Reckless Homicide/Deliver Drugs and a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for April 1.

 

David Ortiz Martinez, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of OWI (5th or 6th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 24.

 

Robert A. Stowe, Berlin, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 10.

 

Jared David Koeppel, De Pere, was in court on Feb. 3 on a count of OWI Cause Injury (2+) and a count of PAC Cause Injury (2+). Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given.

 

Lloyd R. Nelson, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 3 on five counts of OWI Cause Injury (2+), five counts of PAC Cause Injury (2+), a count of OWI (4th), and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). A status conference is scheduled for April 1.
