Dale Eric Verdine, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 9 on a count of OWI (10th or More) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (10th+). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 9.

 

Percy J. Schmelzle, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 9 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent. Court questions DE regarding employment. Court orders: $150/month restitution payments starting no later than April 1.

 

Joshua Curtis Wilson, Hancock, was in court on Feb.9 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent, and a count of Bodily Harm or Threat to Employee of Health Care Facility or Family.
