Court orders the restitution to be paid in full by the end of business Nov. 1. Statement regarding the money order by the DE and that the funds would not be available for a few weeks. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 26.
Jason A. Callies, Black River Falls, was in court on Oct. 6 on 24 counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Proposed order received by DOC requesting the restitution be forgiven as the victim is deceased. The Court will sign the order forgiving the amount that is owed to A.W.
Steven William Fiebrink II, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 6 on a count of Substantial Battery and a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 27.
Jacob Tomas Schmidtke, Plover, was in court on Oct. 6 on a count of Receiving Stolen Property (>$10,000) and a count of Drive or Operate w/o Consent. Court orders $2500 Sig Bond. Complete ID process with the Sheriff’s Department. No operation of any motor vehicles not licensed or titled in his name. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13.
Salvador Basurtomilan, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 6 on a count of Threat to Cause Bodily Harm to Certain Individuals Involved with a Court or Legal System. Court orders $5000 Sig Bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any dangerous weapons to include but not limited to firearms and knives. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 17.
