Julieann C. Luehrs, age 94, of Redgranite, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Preston Place.
She was born January 7, 1932, in Barron, WI, the daughter of Fredrick and Ethel Chamberlain Caturia. Julie was a 1949 graduate of Arkansaw High School in Durand, WI. On April 12, 1952, she was united in marriage to Donald Luehrs in Williamsburg, VA.
Julie was a Program Assistant for the WI DNR office located in Wautoma, retiring in 1990. She was a member of Waushara Community Church.
She is survived by her children, Susan (Larry) Christensen, James (Sheila) Luehrs and Jennifer (Daniel) Dibble; daughter-in-law, Ann Luehrs; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Luehrs, on November 7, 2005; son, John Luehrs; grandson, Brock Dibble; sister, Shirley Schultz; and sister-in-law, Lorraine (Leroy) Rutske.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Alan Spitler officiating. Interment will be in Foster Road Cemetery. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the members of her church for their love, care and hugs.
