Kenneth Pike, age 77, of Berlin passed away on July 26, 2026 at ThedaCare-Appleton.

Kenneth Harlan Pike Jr. was born August 29, 1948, to Kenneth and Betty Pike at Berlin Hospital. He attended Poy Sippi Grade school and Berlin High School.

Kenny was inducted into the Army on May 24, 1968, and became a Spec. IV E-4. He earned a certificate of achievement-Saigon, Long Binh Republic of Vietnam. and honorably discharged May 1, 1974.

He married Christine Anne Moldenhauer on February 13th, 1971. Two children were born to them, Julie Ann and Brian Keith Pike.

Kenny worked for Midway Gas & Oil, Speed Queen, and retired from the Berlin Foundry after 35 years. He worked a 3rd shift Job so he could get out on the water and do what he loved, "fishing". He enjoyed a well-manicured yard; his garden was his pride and joy (when rain would allow it). He loved his family, fishing, hunting, Friday night fish fry, camping, gardening, and watching his blue birds.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Ken is survived by his wife Chris; children, Julie (Jim) Quimby, Brian (Laura) Pike; grandchildren, Katelyn, Allyssa, Jeffery, and Dristin; sisters, Nancy Seaman, Jane Kasubaski, and Dorie (Paul) Abitz. He leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends and neighbors.

Ken is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Sr, and mother Betty; grandson, Brian Jacob; sister Carol, brothers-in-law, Bob, Donny, and Clarence, and many other loved ones that will welcome him home.

Family and friends may visit with the family and pay their respects to Kenny on Friday, Aug 7, 2026 from 10-12:30 p.m. at the Wiecki-Skipchak Funeral Home in Berlin. A service will follow the visitation at 12:30 p.m. then burial will be held at the Poy Sippi Cemetery. All are invited back to the funeral home after the burial for a luncheon and time to share with the family.

The family would like to thank his Caregivers in Berlin, Appleton, and Wild Rose for the care and compassion shown to Kenny.
