Marny Colene Belfeuil (nee Huber), age 86 of Redgranite, passed away on Mother’s Day, Sunday evening, May 11, 2025 at the Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, following a lengthy illness.
Marny was born July 29, 1938 in Princeton, the daughter of Roy and Daisy (Scantlin) Huber. She was raised in Princeton and was a 1956 graduate of Princeton High School.
She married her high school sweetheart, Dave Belfeuil August 25, 1956 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake. Dave, her husband of 69 years survives.
Marny had been a cook at the Wautoma, Wild Rose and Berlin Hospitals. She enjoyed baking, cooking, and knitting. Most of all, she loved her family. She enjoyed being a wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
Marny is survived by her husband, Dave, her sons, Jeff of Cody, Wyoming, George, Brian (Priscilla), and David John Belfeuil, all of Redgranite; her grandchildren, Daina, Josh, Joey, Samantha, McKenzie, Bailee, Stevie Jo, Colton, and Taylor; her great-grandchildren, Chauntille, Denisha, Adrian, Rhett, Kipp, Arya, Weston, Finley, and Winnie; and her sister, Isabel Bratley of North Carolina; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Craig, grandson, C. J., her parents, Roy and Daisy Huber, her in-laws, Gilbert and Mary Belfeuil, a brother, Richard Huber, and a sister, Marjorie Swanson.
A Celebration of Marny’s Life will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Friday, May 23rd at the Redgranite Lions Club Hall, 145 Dearborn Street (located behind the Redgranite Public Library).
Memorials will be appreciated in Marny’s memory in place of flowers.
She will be laid to rest in the Princeton City Cemetery.
