Stacy M. Metcalf (née Kruger), age 65, was called home on Monday, November 2, 2026, at Juliette Manor in Berlin, surrounded by her loving family, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Stacy was born on February 27, 1961, in Rochester, Minnesota, the daughter of Robert and Shirley Kruger.
Stacy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially playing pool and sharing laughter and good times together. She had a love for all sports whether it was watching or playing. Some of her happiest moments were spent camping, enjoying cookouts, and four-wheeling with family and friends. Stacy treasured these simple pleasures in life and the special memories made with those she loved.
Stacy is survived by her loving sister, Wanda (Jeff) Hembree; her daughters, Lynn (Travis) Mattice and Chelci (Gus) Peterson; her two cherished grandchildren, Spencer and Aidyn Peterson; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jay; and her great-niece, Peyton Marie Holland.
Stacy will be remembered for her love of family, her enjoyment of life's simple pleasures, and the special memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date.
