Thanks to funding provided by the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin, the Waushara County Food Pantry is adding staff to help manage growing needs.
The pantry’s part-time Assistant Director, Tiffany Malin, joined Executive Director Tyler Weston and more than forty dedicated volunteers on Oct. 1.
“Tiffany’s work experiences, enthusiasm and commitment to helping others makes her a perfect fit for our organization”, said Executive Director Tyler Weston. “With Tiffany on board, I am able to be more active in the community, as we work to reach additional community members and expand partnerships with businesses, producers, civic groups and others interested in food security. I look forward to sharing our story with organizations and groups throughout Waushara County.”
In partnership with our community, the Waushara County Food Pantry, Inc. exists to alleviate food insecurity by providing reliable access to nutritious food in a welcoming environment. As a community-based nonprofit, the pantry operates independently of county government. To learn more about ways to support the pantry, visit www.wausharafoodpantry.org or call 920-787-0641.
