Mary Lee Roxbury (nee Peterson), age 74 of Redgranite, passed away suddenly Saturday, March 7, 2026 at her home.
Mary was born April 11, 1951 in Clear Lake, Wisconsin, a daughter of Eldor and Ruth (Blossmore) Peterson. She was raised in Fond du Lac, and attended Goodrich High School. Mary lived in Milwaukee prior to moving to Berlin 37 years ago. Mary has lived in Redgranite for the past 18 years.
She was presently employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at at Horizon House in Wautoma, and was previously employed at Preston Place in Redgranite.
Mary enjoyed long road trips, loved cooking, and shopping for deals. She was a “people person.” Mary was devoted to taking care of her family, and loved family gatherings. She was passionate about caring for others.
Survivors include her children, Michelle (Joseph) Boening, Scotty Peterson, Tammy (Lee) Peterson, Andy Roxbury, and Randy (April) Roxbury; 19 grandkids, 19 great-grandkids, 2 great-great- grandkids, other relatives and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Eldor and Ruth Peterson, 2 brothers, Larry and Phillip Peterson, 3 sistes, Bonnie Haka, Virginia Grabau, and Patricia McClain, and her granddaughter, Ruthie Boening.
Those wishing to say a farewell to Mary are invited to gather at her gravesite at the Pine River Cemetery at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 13, 2026. (Please meet Directly at the Gravesite. -Back of Cemetery.)
