The Tri-County Penguins fell just short of a win, as the Northern Lutheran Wildcats nipped the hosts in a 2-3 TC loss.
The team would have better luck after traveling to Adams-Friendship on Oct. 13, where they would bring home a 10-0 victory over the Green Devils.
The Penguins' record now stands at 7-5 overall.
