The Tri-County Penguins hosted the Marion Mustangs for some basketball action on Feb. 10.
Though Marion was first on the board, it would be Tri-County taking control of the court with some fast defensive moves in the first half. Consecutive 3-pointers by Gage Beggs and Isaac Miller would put the team ahead by 2-points with 10 minutes left in the first half. Their lead would keep growing from there, leading to a decisive 68-36 Penguin victory over the Mustangs.
Tri-County came together as a team for 28 rebounds, 19 steals, 15 assists, and 7 blocks.
