Usually the water sits three to four feet below the top of the culvert on the corner of Cottonville Lane and 17th Dr., but water levels nearly reached the top of the culvert after heavy rainfall.

Will Sullivan, Appleton, used his spring break to fish for trout.
The Trout Season opened a month early this year on the first Saturday in April instead of the first Saturday in May. There were two to three inches of rain just days before opening day.
