Village of Hancock awarded Wisconsin Department of Administration Flexible Facilities Program grant

The grant funding to the Village will assist with the expansion of the public library and an addition of a new resource center, which will benefit all area residents, including those who experience economic, food and health insecurity and overall challenges due to a lack of digital technology in rural communities. The addition to the Hancock Public Library will include a telehealth room, an employment lab and multi purpose space for groups. The project will greatly expand the ability of individuals to use upgraded computers and faster broadband services, especially those who are looking to have access to educational, health, vocation and other essential services.
